1 Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to the ku918 platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between ku918 ("Platform", "we", "us") and every member ("you", "user") who uses its services.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

Each individual may create only one account. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information will result in account termination and deposited funds may be forfeited.

3.2 Password & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. If you believe unauthorised access to your account has occurred, notify our support team immediately. ku918 is not responsible for misuse of your account if you fail to notify us in a timely manner.

3.3 Identity Verification

To ensure security and prevent fraudulent activity, ku918 may request identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until the verification process is completed.

4 Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit

Accepted methods for depositing funds to ku918 are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.

Please ensure the transaction details are correct when making a deposit. ku918 is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals typically take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.

Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed. ku918 reserves the right to hold withdrawals on suspicious transactions until verification is complete.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at ku918 can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus only, not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳24,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; bonuses that are not used within the set time will be cancelled.
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they are only withdrawable after the wagering requirements have been met.
• ku918 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.

6 VIP Membership & Cashback

ku918's VIP programme has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Regular players at each tier receive weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on a player's activity and participation on the platform. VIP benefits are at ku918's discretion and may change at any time.

7 User Code of Conduct

While using ku918, you are obliged to refrain from the following activities:

• Engaging in any fraudulent, unlawful, or unethical activity.
• Attempting to manipulate the system using software bots, automation tools, or any other technology.
• Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonus benefits.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors or bugs on the platform. It is your responsibility to inform ku918 immediately if you discover such an error.
• Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in any criminal activity against other users.

ku918 reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit funds, and take legal action if necessary for any violation of the above conditions.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the ku918 platform — logos, trademarks, software, gaming interfaces, graphics, text, and other elements — is the intellectual property of their respective owners. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of these materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Games available on the platform are the property of their respective providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming). The terms and conditions of the relevant provider may also apply to any matters related to these games.

9 Limitation of Liability

ku918 accepts no liability in the following cases:

ku918 may suspend or close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• Prolonged inactivity (generally more than 12 months).
• On the basis of a legal directive.

12 Responsible Gaming
